Date is free but reservation is not possible!

It often happens that you have chosen Sunday as your arrival day. Sunday is not an arrival day for us. With Sundays and public holidays, a few days are sometimes excluded as arrival day. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email 0513-421864 or mobile 06 40 814 883

Are bed linen compulsory?

Bed linen is mandatory, the costs are € 10.
Your bed is made upon arrival.

Do I pay a deposit?

You pay a € 400 deposit.
Upon arrival we give a short tour of our site. On departure we would like to hear if damage has been made. We settle the paid deposit against the damage (s) made and the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you within 3 weeks.

What are the additional costs?

You pay tourist tax of € 1.20 p.p.p.n.

What do I have to bring myself?

You must bring your own towels / tea towels and bath towels.

You can pick up the key at the residential address at Leeuwarderweg 10.

What are the arrival and departure times

On the day of arrival you can check in from 15:00 h. Check out before 10:00 am (however until 5:00 pm on Sundays).

Where can I park my car?

There is a spacious parking lot on site. There is room for at least ten cars here.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our holiday homes and our group room.

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday homes and in the group room.

What is there for the little ones?

Each holiday home has a stair gate, high chair and a camp bed (without sheets).
Our indoor playroom has toys for the little ones. Building blocks, a kitchen, a dollhouse.
Outside there is a playing field with a seesaw, swing, slide and trampoline. In the shed there are all kinds of go-karts and a table tennis table.

It is quiet on our site between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. This way there is no inconvenience for the nearest neighbors.

Can I take an option?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Do you also rent to young people / students?

We do not rent to groups of young people / students.

Can I take out group cancellation insurance?

You cannot take out group cancellation insurance with us, but we do recommend this. It can happen that you are unable to attend before or during your stay and incur unexpected costs.


In case of cancellation you will lapse in our general terms and conditions, article 6. It describes how we deal with cancellations.

Is there free WiFi?

In the information booklets in the holiday homes and the group room you will find the codes for the WiFi.
